"We needed to find a new insurance agent when we were moving to Idaho. After researching area agents, we decided to choose Steve Crowl based on his many positive reviews and high rating online, even though his office is not nearly as close to our home as other State Farm offices. It was one of those "best choices ever" that we sometimes are lucky enough to experience.

Steve warmly welcomed us to both his office and to Idaho. He was able to handle all of our current insurance needs and to arrange for the transition of our existing State Farm policies from Alaska to Idaho in advance of our actual move later in the year. He couldn't have made it any easier, and easily explained any changes from one state to the other.

Equally as important, he has been available to answer any questions we have, at any time, including those that did not relate directly to our policies with State Farm (we were the victims of a vehicle accident and he was an invaluable resource for advise on how to handle our claims against the insurance company representing the driver responsible for the accident).

In addition, Steve is a kind, caring, and likeable person that makes him truly the "good neighbor" (and friend) that is the trademark of State Farm Insurance.

"First, I love State Farm! I've been with them for over 35 years due to a friend that worked for them. All claims have been managed to my satisfaction.

When my original office closed I was bounced around and never really connected with an office until I switched to Steve's. Teri offered to review my policies as a courtesy even though I was affiliated with another office. She provided feedback with no expectations. Feedback was based on my policy not being updated over the years to align with multiple home upgrades and new cost was $16 more a month. No hard selling for other things!

I have never considered "price shopping", Others always regret doing it because you get what you pay for...one friend was so excited about her new company pricing only to have it jump substantially 6 months later! And couldn't go back to her previous company at the previous cost.

One service not listed for this review, umbrella policy I purchased when my kids started driving. Never had to use it, while my kids are grown and gone I've kept it for peace of mind!
