"I have been a customer of State Farm Insurance for a long time, but haven't had much to interact with them on. I personally am not fond of interacting with Insurance companies. However, our agent here in Boise, Mr. Steve Crowl caught me off guard with his friendliness and knowledge at our first meeting. Steve is a one in a million insurance agent. He is very approachable, doesn't give you the run-around, speaks in average people language, is extremely knowledgeable about not only State Farm Insurance products but comparisons as well, and his resource base is extensive.
